During my time in retail people have asked me many questions and I have compiled many of them into 3 categories. The categories are health, self, and relationships!

Today We Are Going to Discuss 3 Habits that Successful People Do – That allows them to be more successful in the areas that are the most important, their health, their selves, and their relationships.
Billions of people use these habits to become more successful, and to make more money. They are more energetic, and more strategic in their day to day practices.
The underlying theme is that people who are more disciplined and consistent in performing healthy habits, become more successful in those areas in their life.
Success Self Habit 1. Have to take back your morning! Most personal development books will tell you to plan your day first thing in the morning. When you begin checking technology first thing in the morning you begin your day reacting to other people’s request and not being more proactive.
Using your journal and calendar will help you set you day up first thing in the morning. You’ve already written on your calendar a goal that you wanted to work toward this month, right. Journaling will allow you to plan when this happens.
Most people in the United States are sleep-deprived. When you sleep this allows your body to get to that resting state that is necessary for rejuvenation. The National Sleep Foundation performed a major study recently and found that adults that get less than 6 hours a sleep a night increases the likelihood of stroke and heart attack compared with individuals who slept 6-8 hours a night.
Realistically speaking, it probably can’t be 1 full day, but every week have a date night, away from the kids. It helps you to renew and cultivate your relationship so you are more present with your spouse/loved one.
